In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing or using the sh77 Platform in any manner — including but not limited to registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or simply browsing the Platform — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the sh77 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and sh77 with respect to your use of the Platform.

Use of the sh77 Platform for real-money gaming is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. This age requirement is absolute and admits no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is permitted under applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or voluntary ban from sh77 or any associated platform.
• You must not have previously had an sh77 Account suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of sh77 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers, unless express written consent has been obtained from sh77.

To access real-money gaming features on the sh77 Platform, Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required. Each individual may only maintain one (1) registered Account on the sh77 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal information, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify sh77 immediately via the live support channel if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account or any breach of security. sh77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, sh77 requires all Account holders to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This process requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, or Passport) and may additionally require proof of address or source-of-funds documentation at sh77's sole discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account restrictions.

• KYC documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. Submission of falsified documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account termination.
• sh77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in compliance with anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations.
• KYC review typically completes within 24–48 business hours of document submission.

sh77 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (PHP) ₱100 across all supported methods. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to the Account balance instantaneously upon successful payment authorization. Bank transfer deposits are subject to the processing timelines of the relevant financial institution and may take between 15 minutes and 2 business days to reflect.

Users must only use payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits made using payment accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited and may result in the suspension of the receiving sh77 Account and forfeiture of deposited funds pending investigation.

Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The requesting Account must have completed KYC verification to sh77's satisfaction prior to withdrawal processing.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified Accounts are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–2 business days.
• Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirement must be completed or the Bonus Funds forfeited before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• sh77 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that appear unusual relative to the Account's typical activity patterns.
• sh77 does not charge platform-side fees on standard withdrawals. Fees imposed by payment processors or financial institutions are the responsibility of the User.

All balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on the sh77 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. sh77 does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies and is not responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred by Users transacting through international payment instruments.

sh77 offers various promotional bonuses to registered Account holders, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, referral bonuses, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Account, per household, and per verified payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds credited under any promotion are subject to the Wagering Requirement specified in the relevant promotion terms before any associated funds or winnings may be withdrawn.
• During an active Wagering Requirement period, the maximum permitted bet per spin or round using Bonus Funds is ₱500, unless a lower limit is specified in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• sh77 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim Bonus Funds and associated winnings if it determines that the promotion has been claimed in breach of these terms or the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonus Funds that have not been used or in respect of which the applicable Wagering Requirement has not been completed within the specified validity period will be automatically forfeited without notice.
• sh77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification shall not affect Bonus Funds already credited to an Account.
• Multiple accounts registered for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

All games available on the sh77 Platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer equipment to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game's information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or the integrity of a wager, sh77 reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the staked amount to the User's Account balance. sh77 is not liable to pay out winnings generated as a result of a verifiable technical malfunction, including but not limited to software bugs, display errors, or network interruptions that produce erroneous game outcomes.

In the context of sports betting on sh77, a bet may be voided or settled at odds of 1.00 in circumstances including but not limited to: cancellation of the relevant event, abandonment without a verifiable result, verifiable data feed errors, or manifest pricing errors. sh77 reserves the right to correct any settlement error identified after the fact, including by recalculating voided or incorrectly settled bets.

sh77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of the Platform. In compliance with PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines and as a reflection of the Platform's own values, sh77 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and may not be increased for a minimum of 7 days following the change request.
• Session Time Alerts: Users may configure alerts to notify them when they have been logged in and actively playing for a specified continuous duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Users may request a temporary account restriction (cooling-off period) ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. During a cooling-off period, the Account remains accessible for balance review but real-money wagering is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take an extended break from gaming may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and irrevocably for the duration of the selected period.
• Reality Checks: The Platform displays cumulative net win/loss information accessible at any time during an active session.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the sh77 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. sh77 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to a breach: immediate Account suspension, permanent Account termination, forfeiture of all balances (real-money and bonus), and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Registration of more than one Account by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal information.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Using another person's identity, payment methods, or Account credentials without express authorization.
• Any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on the Platform.
• Use of software, automated systems (bots), scripts, or any other technical means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended by its design.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or RNG errors to generate or retain unauthorized winnings.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial conduct through the Platform.
• Systematic exploitation of promotions or bonus offers through coordinated multi-account or third-party activity (bonus abuse).
• Any conduct intended to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the operation of the sh77 Platform or the experience of other users.

All content on the sh77 Platform, including but not limited to the sh77 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials, is the property of sh77 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial use of any Platform content without the prior written consent of sh77 is strictly prohibited. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions transfers any intellectual property rights to Users.

sh77's collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data is governed by the sh77 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the sh77 Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

sh77 complies with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations with respect to all personal data collected through the Platform. Personal data will not be sold or transferred to unaffiliated third parties except as required to deliver Platform services, comply with legal obligations, or prevent fraud.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, sh77 AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO ANY USER FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the sh77 Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or gaming opportunity resulting from Platform downtime, technical malfunction, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to a User's Account resulting from the User's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
• Any act or omission of a third-party game provider, payment processor, or telecommunications provider.

In all cases, sh77's maximum aggregate liability to any individual User for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their sh77 Account in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

sh77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if sh77 determines in its reasonable judgment that the Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform, or is subject to a legal or regulatory obligation requiring Account closure. In such circumstances, any confirmed real-money balance not connected to a breach or fraud may be returned to the Account holder following investigation, at sh77's sole discretion.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the sh77 support team via live chat. Prior to closure, the User must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed immediately upon request. Accounts subject to active withdrawal holds or pending KYC verification may experience delays in the closure process.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the sh77 Platform, Users are encouraged to contact sh77's support team in the first instance via live chat. The sh77 support team will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and in a timely manner.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines and applicable gaming regulations promulgated by PAGCOR. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

The filing of any formal dispute or legal claim does not suspend a User's obligation to comply with these Terms and Conditions with respect to any matters unrelated to the subject of the claim.

sh77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Account holders via the Platform's notification system or via the email address or mobile number registered to the Account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

Your continued use of the sh77 Platform following notice of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.2 above.
